First year BTech students of IMEC took part in a 2 day industrial visit to the Bundelkhand Shankara Dudh Sangh at Sagar.
During the visit students learnt about milk processing methods, various milk products, practical and technical parameters of milk testing in terms of quality and hygiene. Students were exposed to knowledge regarding the working and importantance of different instruments and devices used in the lab.
