OJASWINI INNOVATION & INCUBATION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP & STARTUPS (OIIES) is promoted by Ojaswini group of institutions via SAMARTH CENTER to support Atmanirbhar Bharat, which is acting as a catalyst to Sagar & Damoh at Madhya Pradesh, primary objective of OIIES is to create a startup ecosystem and familiarize the visionary brains with the business aspects of an idea and provide them a platform with necessary resources – culture, opportunities, and amenities – to grow their startup units into business enterprises.

Entrepreneurship is a process of designing, launching and running a new business, which typically begins as a small business, designated as a startup company, offering a product, process or service for sale or hire.

A random idea might lose its track if it is not nurtured regularly in the right way. For a large number of people venturing into the culture of entrepreneurship nowadays, it is very important to educate and support them for the proper growth of their ideas.

At OIIES, we have taken the charge of providing essential services such as fund support, management, mentorship, co-working space, and state-of-the-art technical assistance to the budding business units. By playing the role of both startup incubator and accelerator, we aim at training and mentoring young people to fuel their inner drive to innovate. OIIES act as Hub to its spoke centers located at Ojaswini group of institutions at Sagar & Damoh so that with ours expertise in different domain of education, subject matter experts along with world class laboratory facility, will support budding entrepreneurs of the region to establish their ventures. GENESIS OF OJASWINI INNOVATION & INCUBATION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP & STARTUPS (OIIES)

The Research and Development Institution play an important role in the economic development of a country as they produce the right type of manpower needed by different sector of the society. Institution is the place where students can take the advantage of place, manpower, technology equipment’s, instruments, labs, interact directly with industrialist etc.

Need of an awareness about Entrepreneurship at Schools/Colleges/University level students

Entrepreneurship education can positively impact a learner at all levels in a wide number of contexts. This may explain why there are such a wide variety of entrepreneurship education programs, all of which can provide important outcomes at various stages of a learner’s life. As supporters of entrepreneurship education the Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education applauds the great diversity of programs that fall under the framework of the National Standards for Entrepreneurship Education. Observing the waves of entrepreneurship education, need is being analyses to deduct as well as to inculcate the feel of entrepreneurship among school students, as they are the emerging minds of our country. Through this camp, the students will discover their own potential and interest in entrepreneurship. They will understand how entrepreneurs think, act and are expected to inspired about entrepreneurship as a career. Functions of OIIES

• 1. To organize Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes, and Faculty Development Programmes.
  2. To conduct research work and survey for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities.
  3. To guide and assist prospective entrepreneurs on various aspects such as preparing project reports, obtaining project approvals, loans and facilities from agencies of support systems and information on various technologies.
  4. To arrange visits to industries for prospective entrepreneurs.
  5. To conduct skill development training programmes.
  6. To conduct Standup, Startup contest for students time to time.

Objectives

1. The institution will inculcate the entrepreneurial culture into the mind.

Criteria for selection of schools to set up OIIES- SAMARTH CENTER to support Atmanirbhar Bharat

1. The school should be recognized by the bodies.
2. Qualified and dedicated teachers in various disciplines with a good research & development base and industry related experience.
3. Adequate space for locating cell.
4. Availability of workshop, laborites and computational facilities.
5. Library with a good collection of books & Journals.
6. Experience in Entrepreneurship Development and promotion and industry related activities such as consultancy, product developments, testing etc.

Status of OIIES- SAMARTH CENTER to support Atmanirbhar Bharat

Entrepreneurship Development Cell will functioning with support of OIIES. OIIES will support to conduct the many activities in your premises like-
