The Department of Management Studies and National Service Scheme (NSS), Infinity Management and Engineering College Sagar organized an enriching and inspirational talk on *“The Success Story of an Entrepreneur”* on *4th December 2025.* The session aimed to motivate Ojaswini Group students by exposing them to real-life entrepreneurial experiences, strategies, and success stories.
The keynote address was delivered by *Mr. Kapil Malaiya, Managing Director of Adinath Motors* (Maruti Suzuki dealer: Operating both Arena and Nexa showrooms in sagar) and *Managing Director of Malaiya Tractors* (Mahindra Tractor Dealer in sagar)
With years of widespread business experience, he shared his remarkable journey of growth and transformation in the automobile and tractor industry. Throughout his address, he gave numerous examples of entrepreneurial success, illustrating how vision, perseverance, and customer-centric approaches can drive long-term business achievements. His real-life stories and practical insights greatly inspired the students.
The program was graced by Retired Professor Dr. Ram Pathak, adding value and academic strength to the event.
The session began with a warm welcome, followed by the formal introduction of the speaker by Mr. Amit Chourasia, Assistant Professor, Department of Management. His introduction highlighted Mr. Malaiya’s achievements, leadership qualities, and contributions to the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Sagar.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Navdeep Kaur Saluja, Principal, and Dr. Mohd Ashfaq Siddiqui, Associate Professor & HoD – MBA, as well as Program Officer- NSS. The overall coordination and smooth management of the session were efficiently handled by Ms. Sakshi Thakur, Assistant Professor – MBA & Program Officer- NSS.
A notable contribution to the success of the session came from the NSS volunteer students, whose active involvement in organizing, assisting, and managing the event ensured its smooth execution and impactful outcome.
