From 25th to 30th September 2024, a comprehensive workshop on Revit Design Software was organized for the Civil Engineering Department students. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Ajay Patidar, Director of Shilpcon Design Solution, Bhopal.
Throughout the week, students gained in-depth knowledge of:
1. Revit Fundamentals: Interface, tools, and basic modeling
2. Building Design: Walls, floors, roofs, and structural elements
3. BIM Workflows: Collaboration, data management, and file sharing
4. Advanced Features: Families, components, and parametric modeling
5. Civil Engineering Applications: Structural analysis, framing, and documentation
6. Best Practices & Industry Standards
This workshop equipped our students with vital skills for the evolving world of Civil Engineering.
