Panel Discussion with Regional / National Startup Ecosystem Enablers
The Department of Electronics, Communication and Electrical Engineering at Infinity Management & Engineering College (IMEC), Sagar, organized a special session on “Panel Discussions with Regional / National Startup Ecosystem Enablers” on 18 August 2026 (Tuesday) at the IMEC Conference Hall. The session was organized for all students and faculty members with the objective of creating awareness about entrepreneurship, innovation, startups, and the emerging startup ecosystem.
The session featured Dr. Ram Kumar Pathak, Retired Professor, Dr. Harisingh Gour University, Sagar, as the Expert Speaker, and Dr. Navdeep Saluja, Principal & Head, Computer Science Department, IMEC, as the Co-Speaker. The session also brought together distinguished startup ecosystem speakers, including Mr. Rajendra Patel and Mr. Santosh Kosti, who shared their experiences and insights related to entrepreneurship, innovation, startups, and opportunities available to young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The panel discussion focused on encouraging students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, identify innovative ideas, understand the startup ecosystem, and explore opportunities for transforming ideas into viable ventures. The speakers also highlighted the importance of innovation, networking, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning in building successful startups and professional careers.
The interactive session provided students with an opportunity to engage with experienced academicians and startup ecosystem enablers, ask questions, exchange ideas, and gain practical insights into entrepreneurship and innovation. The event emphasized that great ideas begin with meaningful discussions and great startups can create a positive impact on society.
The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Anshika Soni. The event successfully provided students and faculty members with a platform to engage with industry experts, explore startup opportunities, build professional networks, collaborate, innovate, and grow.
